Here you will see some examples of our own work.
The pictures above are of the following jobs:
One of the meeting rooms used for international conference calls. We fitted it out with the ash panelling and fitted suspended ceilings to office spec.
Shoe Cupboard and Wardrobe
We designed and constructed the bespoke display unit to the customers specific wishes. She had been unsuccessful finding anyone to satisfy her requirements, The framework is hand sprayed tulipwood with toughened polished glass doors and sprayed doors.
Built in TV
During construction of the extension we were asked if it was possible to recess the tv and speakers into the new extension wall. All the wires are ducted into the wall and emerge at the base of the wall directly into the set top box and DVD player.
Home Paddock, Extension and Re-model
After seeing an extension we erected around the corner we were approached by the customer for a price for their own work. After a meeting to discuss the options available the customer employed their own architect to plan the work. We quoted for the work and suitably impressed we won the contract. The initial work was demolishing the old conservatory and erecting the two new extensions, one being to enlarge the kitchen diner and other to make a larger lounge/family room. The build consisted of the management of the entire job and all trades including bricklayers, plasterers, roofer, joiners, electricians, plumbers, flooring contractors and decorators. During the build we were asked to carry out additional works, this included supply and fit of the painted hardwood kitchen with granite worktops. On completion of the internal works we were asked to take up the old patio any lay new sandstone patio around the house.
Humberston nr. Grimsby
On the picture tagged ‘gable window outside window’ you can see a vertical line where old brickwork meets new. This was an existing projection on the rear of the building which we have built alongside and formed an en-suite and changing room in the roof space above the new and old. The en-suite is accessed via the new staircase we fitted with a spandrel cupboard beneath. The en-suite incorporated a large stone resin bath which we set into a black granite border tile. The floor was tiled in travertine stone tiles with a travertine shower tray in an enclosure.
The dressing room in the upper section had bespoke gloss units made to utilise the space and shape the roof.
We constructed a new hardwood orangery on the side with travertine tiled floors inside and large patio.
After a recommendation of a family member we were requested to submit a quotation for the timber framed extension. The customer has green beliefs and wanted an extension using materials with a low carbon footprint. The materials we used were locally sourced oak and timber stud framework filled with sheeps wool insulation. The windows were hardwood with reclaimed old English pan-tiles from a collapsed farm building nearby.
This was an extensive loft conversion on a large bungalow which gave three large bedrooms with en-suites in each.
We installed new joists and carried out structural works before flooring upstairs and fitting an oak staircase. We constructed the dormers and gable window at the front with white velux windows in the sides.
We carried out all the plumbing and electrical works with the roofing and other trades.
After the upstairs was completed we worked our way down with an oak staircase spandrel cupboard and oak floor.
What was at the start a spare room became a hallway with the wall being removed to open it up.
Prior to the roof lift we had constructed a glass roofed conservatory on the rear with bricks to match the house and black pvc bargeboards on it.
